STAUB Lid Holder Beech

Wooden lid holder for STAUB cast iron cocottes and braisers. Place the heel of the holder in the handle of the cocotte or braiser, then carefully slot the lid into the space between the 'forks' of the holder. The lid knob will in the circular recess, holding the lid firmly in place. Take extra care if the lid is hot, using a tea towel or oven gloves.
