Kitchen Secrets Holiday Giveaway – Official Rules
Effective Date: December 27, 2025
1. SPONSOR
Kitchen Secrets, 9024 Keele St, Suite 202, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 2N2.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) aged 13 years or older. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Kitchen Secrets are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
December 27, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST to January 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
4. HOW TO ENTER (INSTAGRAM ONLY)
No purchase necessary.
Instagram Entry Method:
· Step 1: Follow kitchensecrets.ca on Instagram, like the official giveaway post, and Tag 3 friends in one comment = 1 entry.
· Share the post to your Instagram Story AND tag @kitchensecrets.ca for +2 bonus entries (must also complete steps 1).
· Any qualifying purchases using the coupon code “secrets15” will receive an additional +3 bonus entries (must also complete steps 1). Leave your Instagram Handle in the order instructions.
Unlimited entries permitted.
Facebook interactions do NOT count as entries.

6. WINNER SELECTION
Three winners will be chosen via software random draw on January 1, 2026 at approximately 4:00 PM EST.
7. NOTIFICATION
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond results in disqualification.
8. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
Required under Canadian law. Must be answered correctly to claim prize.
9. SHIPPING
Kitchen Secrets will ship prizes at no cost within Canada only.
10. PUBLICITY CONSENT
Winners consent to Kitchen Secrets announcing their first name and Instagram handle, and reposting any voluntarily tagged content.
11. DISQUALIFICATION
Entries may be disqualified for:
• Offensive or inappropriate content
• Spam-tagging or fake accounts
• Fraudulent behaviour
• Violation of platform rules or these Giveaway Rules
12. RIGHT TO CANCEL
Kitchen Secrets may modify or cancel the Giveaway due to fraud, technical errors, or insufficient entries.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Kitchen Secrets from liability associated with participation or prize use.
14. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
15. PRIVACY
Winner information will be used solely for prize administration and stored securely for 12 months before deletion. Contact: info@kitchensecrets.ca.

These rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
