This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Kitchen Secrets (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within one (1) business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
Kitchen Secrets currently ships to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–9 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, and destination. Kitchen Secrets is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $100 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Calculated Shipping: Orders under $100 will be charged shipping fees based on carrier rates, calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers may use this information to monitor their shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Multiple Shipments
While we make every effort to ship all items together, some orders may be fulfilled from different locations or suppliers. In such cases, items may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, Kitchen Secrets will replace the order at no cost to the customer, once confirmation of non-delivery is received from the carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Kitchen Secrets will not be held responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Changes to This Policy
Kitchen Secrets reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
