Pricing Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you find the same in stock item offered at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll match it and refund the difference; including if the lower price is on our own site.

All price-match requests must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be identical and sold by an authorized Canadian retailer.
• The competing offer must be publicly advertised online, and a direct product page link is required.
• Products must be brand new and in stock. Open-box or used items are not eligible.
• Price matching is based on the final price, including taxes.
• Requests cannot be applied to past or future prices, only current / active pricing qualifies.
• Offers from membership only retailers are excluded.
• If we provide free shipping or free gifts with purchase, these must be considered when comparing prices.
• Price matches do not apply to 0% financing or payment plans.
• All price matches are subject to our approval.
